This workshop gently explores the younger parts of you that shape how you love and how you protect yourself from being hurt or disappointed. The part of you that learned to go quiet when things got loud, to be good enough to be loved, to believe that needing too much leads to disappointment.

We will explore how the inner child has been running the show, and how this may show up in your relationships today. In the arguments that never resolve. In the distance that creeps in. In the exhausting performance of being easy, agreeable, and fine, even when you are not.

This is tender, important work, and it has the potential to change everything. Not just inside you, but in every relationship you are living in right now.

Guided by Johanna Lynn, you will receive warm, grounded support and practical insight to help you understand the younger parts of you shaping your relationships, so you can begin to move through conflict, distance, and disconnection with more clarity, more compassion, and greater ease.
