This circle is for anyone moving through the REAL Masterclass — a 15-episode, self-paced, docu-style workshop designed to help you uncover the deeper patterns you inherited growing up. These patterns often continue to show up in our adult relationships and daily challenges, as many witnessed in the film REAL. Most of our struggles are rooted in the past; when understood, they become a map toward freedom. We created the REAL Masterclass so you can access that freedom and live beyond the old inherited patterns that no longer serve you.
This Integration Circle is a gentle, supportive space to ask questions, hear from others, or simply listen. As you move through the Masterclass at your own pace, feelings, memories, and insights may naturally rise to the surface. This gathering helps your system process what’s emerging without overwhelm. Guided by therapist and co-founder Merissa Turner, you'll receive relational support, somatic grounding, and clarity to deepen your understanding of the teachings.
There is no expectation to share — your presence is enough. You’re welcome to simply listen, breathe, and let your body settle.
