Repairing relationships in a divided world

Johanna Lynn

Systemic therapist, author, and founder of The Family Imprint Institute.

Relationships don't cause your pain. They reveal where it's been hiding all along.

We're living through a time of deep division. Maybe for you it's the sister who won't call back, the friend who unfollowed you, the parent you've stopped trying to explain yourself to.

This circle is a supportive space for anyone navigating the grief and complexity of broken or strained relationships in a polarized world. Guided by Johanna Lynn, you'll receive tools, insight, and grounded relational support designed to help you discern what's worth repairing, how to move toward reconnection without abandoning yourself, and how to grieve what cannot be fixed.

What you'll experience

  • Experiential exercises to release defensiveness and return to openness
  • Insight into why disconnection cuts so deep and what that reveals about what matters
  • Support for discerning which relationships are worth the discomfort of trying again
  • Practices for staying grounded when conversations feel impossible
  • A safe space to name your grief, confusion, or anger without judgment
  • Community connection with others holding similar disappointment and difficulty

This is a welcoming, pressure-free space to ask questions, share (only if you want to), or simply listen and receive.

How to prepare
