Shadow Work & Trauma Integration

John Samuelsen

Shadow-work coach, trauma practitioner, and breakthrough shadow coach trained at the Ford Institute

"What we call the shadow is often just a younger version of us still waiting to feel safe"

In this grounded, trauma-informed session, John Antony Samuelsen guides us into the unconscious patterns and inherited stories that shape our lives. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in shadow-work, early and generational trauma, and depth psychology, John offers a compassionate, practical approach to understanding what is truly ours and what has been passed down.

John integrates nervous-system awareness with ancestral exploration, helping participants gently bring the “shadow” into conscious awareness. This session invites you to meet both light and darkness within — supporting greater authenticity, emotional clarity, and a more cohesive inner life.
