Learn the Science of Safety

Naomi Galinski, PhD

Somatic trauma therapist, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, CranioSacral therapist & nervous system educator

Stress can't live in a calm body

Naomi Galinski brings a rare and powerful combination of scientific precision and deep embodied wisdom to her work. With a PhD in physics, years in the corporate world, and nearly a decade of personally recovering from chronic fatigue, migraines, insomnia, IBS, and fibromyalgia, Naomi understands both the physiology and lived experience of dysregulation.

As a somatic trauma therapist, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and CranioSacral therapist, she helps high-functioning individuals reconnect with the body they’ve learned to override — supporting them in interrupting transgenerational patterns, resolving stored trauma, and restoring true physical and emotional wellbeing.
In this session, Naomi offers a compassionate, science-based exploration of how the nervous system shapes our daily lives — and how reconnecting with the body becomes a path toward relief, clarity, and deeper presence.
