More

Myrna Martin has spent over 40 years walking alongside people through some of life's earliest and most profound experiences—birth, attachment, and the patterns we carry from our very beginnings. As a nurse, family therapist, Integrative Body/Mind Therapist (IBP), and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and teacher, Myrna brings both clinical depth and tender presence to her work with babies, children, and families. She understands that healing often begins before we have words—in the body, in relationship, and in the sacred space between parent and child. After years as Director of Nelson and Area Mental Health Services while raising her own three children, Myrna founded the EarthSky Foundation (formerly Kutenai Institute of Integral Therapies) to dedicate herself fully to early trauma resolution work. Now based in Sooke, BC, she dedicates her time to teaching professionals across North America and Europe about the wisdom held in our earliest moments. Certified by pioneers Dr. Ray Castellino and Dr. William Emerson, Myrna offers process workshops, professional trainings, and a 2½-year Pre and Perinatal Professional Training program. Her work weaves together neuroscience, somatic awareness, and the deep relational field that shapes how we come into the world and how we heal.
