Refunds
1. Overview
At Thrive.one, we aim to provide a transparent and consistent experience for all users of our platform and services.
This Refund Policy explains our no-refund policy, how subscription renewals work, and how membership downgrades or cancellations are handled.
By purchasing or subscribing to any Thrive.one service, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms of Service.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Thrive.one — including membership fees, subscriptions, and one-time purchases — are non-refundable.
Once a payment has been processed, Thrive.one does not issue refunds, credits, or reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Early cancellation or non-use of the platform
- Dissatisfaction with features, content, or performance
- Accidental or duplicate purchases (unless verified as a billing error)
This applies to all subscription types and billing cycles unless otherwise required by law.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your membership or subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan).
You authorize Thrive.one to automatically charge the payment method on file for each renewal unless you:
- Notify us before your renewal date of your intent to cancel or downgrade, or
- Cancel your subscription directly through your account settings before the renewal is processed.
Once a renewal payment has been charged, it is non-refundable.
4. Membership Downgrades (Pro-Rated Adjustments)
While we do not offer refunds, you may downgrade your membership plan at any time.
When you downgrade:
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
- If you move from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your current plan may be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To downgrade, log in to your account settings or contact support@thrive.one before your renewal date.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@thrive.one.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time during an active billing cycle.
After cancellation, you will retain access to your account and content until the end of your billing period.
6. Billing Errors and Exceptions
In rare cases of verified billing errors (such as duplicate charges or system faults), Thrive.one may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.
Requests for billing error corrections must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date to admin@thrive.one.
7. Disputes and Appeals
If you believe you have been charged in error or have exceptional circumstances, please contact support@thrive.one with full details for review.
All disputes are handled according to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service (binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia).
8. Policy Updates
We may revise this Refund Policy periodically to reflect service, legal, or operational changes.
The latest version will always be available at www.thrive.one/legal/refunds, with the most recent effective date displayed.
