We believe healing should be accessible to everyone
The Village is the medicine
Every week, circles open with leading mentors covering the biggest challenges we’re all facing — relationships, parenting, grief, identity, sacred medicines, the school system, and what it means to raise children in a world none of us were prepared for. These aren’t recordings to watch alone. They’re live gatherings with real people, guided by some of the most respected thinkers and healers on the planet.
Thrive brings Dr. Gabor Maté, Chief Rueben George, Dr. Gordon Neufeld, and others into your home — not as distant experts, but as guides inside a community that holds the conversation long after the circle closes.

Frequently asked Questions:
Before you decide · Every question you might have, answered honestly
What even is this?
Therapy through the power of film. Cinematherapy uses award-winning documentary films as a doorway into emotional healing. You watch, reflect, then join a live conversation with a mentor and community. It’s not a course. It’s not a podcast. It’s something you feel.Is it worth it?
Less than one therapy session
A single therapy session averages $120–$200. For $25 you get two months of films, live mentor circles, and community. For $89 — less than one session — you get a full year, plus early access to the most anticipated documentary we’ve ever made.
Is it right for me?
If you’re human, yes. Thrive is for anyone asking the quiet questions — about relationships, parenting, identity, grief, purpose. Our community includes therapists, parents, artists, and people who’ve never tried anything like this before. Start free. You’ll know within one circle
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as your life allows. A film is 60–90 minutes. A circle is an hour. You could show up once a month and still get something real from it. There's no syllabus to keep up with, no modules to complete, no guilt if life gets in the way. Some members are in every circle. Others drop in when they can and watch films late at night when the house finally goes quiet. Both are completely valid ways to be here. You don't need a clear schedule. You just need a willingness to show up when you can. The community holds everything in between.
What if it’s not for me?
No risk. No pressure. The Seed plan is free forever — no card, no commitment, no expiry. If you try a paid plan and it doesn't feel right, nothing chases you. No awkward emails. No pressure to return. The door stays open. We'd rather you find your way back when something in you is ready — because that's when it actually works. Healing doesn't work on a deadline.
Do I have to participate or can I just watch?
You set your own level of involvement. Some members watch every film and attend every circle. Others drop in once a month and mostly listen. Both are completely valid. There's no obligation to speak, share, or show up on camera. The community is there when you want it. The films are there when you don't. Thrive meets you wherever you are.
Can I watch the films and events after the live event?
Yes — everything is available on demand. All films, masterclasses, and recorded circle conversations are available to watch anytime in the catalogue. Missing a live event doesn't mean missing the content. The live experience adds something — the energy of the room, the real-time conversation — but the films and recordings are there whenever you're ready for them.
Join the Village
The circle is open. Village membership is an act of reciprocity — ithonours the elders, sustains the space, and keeps wisdom flowing to everyone who walks through the door.
